SUGGS: My Life Story in Words & Music at St George’s, Bristol

MADNESS frontman Graham ‘SUGGS’ McPherson performed at St George’s in Bristol this week, winding up an extensive  tour of the UK and a two week residency at the Islington King’s Head Theatre.

The 80s ska singer delivered his music hall-esque show underneath an imposing altar piece, treating the sold out audience to comedy, his innermost thoughts and the occasional musical accompaniment.

SUGGS kicks off ‘My Life Story In Words And Music’ tour

MADNESS frontman Graham ‘Suggs’ McPherson has kicked off a nationwide solo tour with a two-week run at the King’s Head Theatre in London.

“I’ve just turn 50, the kids have left home, and my cat just died…”

The new show is not stand-up or ‘An Evening With …’, but rather a memoir with a few songs thrown in for good measure, according to the singer.
